Wilton,Lecturer of Marketing, University of California, Berkeley.  Dr. Peter Wilton is a Lecturer at University of California, Berkeley Haas Business School.  He specialises in customer-centric global business strategies including leveraging online and social media to find new customers and build loyalty in existing ones.  He is a world expert in market research and customer-retention strategies.

Peter C Wilton Bio
Dr. Peter Wilton teaches strategy, marketing, and international management in the Haas School of Business at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.   He has also served as a Visiting Professor at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, and on the faculties of Duke and Purdue Universities in the United States, Macquarie Graduate School of Management, the University of Melbourne, and the Australian Graduate School of Management in Australia.
In addition to his teaching activities, Dr. Wilton also provides a range of strategic management and executive development services to a range of clients representing diverse industries and regions of the world.   As a specialist focus, Dr. Wilton actively assists organizations to develop more effective customer loyalty strategies and profitability through the design and deployment of integrated customer experience architectures.  Dr. Wilton began his professional career with Colgate Palmolive (Australia) Pty Ltd, where over a period of several years he managed a variety of established household products groups and new businesses.    Dr. Wilton holds a Bachelor of Commerce (1st Class Honors) from the University of New South Wales in Australia, and a Ph.D. in Management from Purdue University in the U.S.

We have a few great events in the next months and hope that you will join us:
  • 31 July, Sydney:  Information night for the Stanford Australia Foundation’s scholarship program.  This event is targeted at non-profit leaders who may be interested in the SAF scholarships.  An official invitation with more detail will come out next week.
  • 1 August, Sydney:  Dr. Peter Wilton, lecturer at Berkeley and previously a visiting professor at Stanford GSB.  “How to build customers for life”.
  • Save the date:  Thursday 16 August, Sydney (evening) and Wednesday 15 August, Melbourne (evening) for an alumni event and speaker including the visiting Stanford GSB admissions team.
